Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 3–7 Business Days
- United States: 3–7 Business Days
- International Orders: 5–12 Business Days

Multiple Shipments
Large orders, bulk purchases, or orders containing multiple lighting kits may be shipped in separate packages.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

If your order arrives damaged or if a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
