30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all original components and accessories
  • Be in resalable condition

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed, modified, or altered
  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Custom, special-order, or bulk-manufactured items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products returned without prior authorization

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

To help us process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Our team will review the claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order information.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product is confirmed to be defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as HexLight is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.

2-Year Limited Warranty

All HexLight lighting systems are backed by our 2-Year Limited Worldwide Warranty.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect wiring
  • Product modifications
  • Physical abuse or misuse
  • Damage caused by failure to follow installation instructions

Improper installation may void warranty coverage. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed electrician before installation.
